The automatic volume and weight measuring device is designed as an alternative to the primitivebased manual volume measurement processes that emerged during the studies to determine the requirements in the sector. These primitive processes, with their simplest logic, are based on the calculation of the side lengths in 3 dimensions of the box by measuring them in meters. Then, the weight of the parcel is weighed and multiplied by the coefficient in the tariff determined by the cargo company, and thus the amount to be paid by the person who will ship the parcel is determined. Although the margin of error is quite high in this system, the use of muscle power and time loss are among the other disadvantages. In our device, the calculations are clear and undoubted. It gives the most accurate result for volume and weight values within seconds after the parcel is placed in the device. At the same time, our device is designed to provide transparent information to its customers in terms of customer satisfaction. It allows the customer to see the net result.
